Meet Our Founder:
Prophetess • Teacher • Pastor • Mentor
Dr. Waleska Del Toro is the founder and spiritual leader of Mishpaucha Ministries. Born in Puerto Rico and living in Florida for over 37 years, Dr. Del Toro encountered the Lord at the age of 16 and never looked back.
From leading Sunday Bible studies as a teenager to pastoring a church and founding her own ministry, Dr. Waleska has over two decades of experience in teaching, pastoring, mentoring, and prophetic ministry.
She was ordained under El Palacio Del Rey Church, where she also managed a full ministry and birthed her teaching gift through seminars and discipleship. Over the years, she has equipped hundreds of believers through her school, Edificándonos en La Palabra (Building Ourselves in the Word), recognized by the Latin University of Theology in San Francisco.
In 2012, through God’s favor, she earned a Doctorate in Theology, which further fueled her calling to teach and train the Body of Christ.
A Leader with a Prophetic Mandate
Dr. Del Toro has been prophetically trained for over 14 years by Prophetess Juanita Folsom of Lake Placid, Florida—whom she considers her spiritual mentor. Before that, she received 11 years of prophetic training under Prophet Randi Lechner.
God has used her to release words of restoration and destiny both locally and internationally. Her ministry has touched lives across cultures with a message of healing, revelation, and alignment with God’s purpose.

Dr. Waleska’s deepest desire is to see believers equipped in the Word, trained in the prophetic, and confident in hearing the voice of God. In obedience to this call, she established the School of the Spirit, where students experience both biblical teaching and hands-on spiritual activation.
